Soon after August Arace is awarded a contract, the management team (project manager, superintendent, general foreman and foreman) is assigned to the project. The sole purpose of this team is to build the project within our cost and to constantly monitor the quality of installation in order to eliminate any re-work. All projects are completed not only within the guidelines of the contract documents, but also in accordance with the standard operating procedures and welding procedures established by August Arace & Sons, Inc.

This procedure applies to all projects large or small.
